It's odd that the tool is called apis-bibsonomy, but actually works with bibsonomy OR zotero.
I would suggest a generic name, that does not hint to a specific bib-tool that it supports currently or might support in the future.
Something like apis-references, or apis-bibliographies.
Of course, we should not break legacy apps, so we might duplicate this repo, preserve the current state and name in one of them, notify existing users and keep apis-bibsonomy for legacy reasons but otherwise deprecate it (only developing renamed version from a certain point on).
This is the least urgent issue, but I think it would be helpful nevertheless.
