Many fixes

Current implementation passes almost all tests on the CLARIN FCS endpoint checker.

What's left is to implement paging but for that it must be decided how we define a search hit in the context of ARCHE (which is not a corpora engine and has no notion of sentences, paragraphs, etc.).
