(This was part of Theresa Zieglers feature-list )*

Plots von Verteilungen über die Zeit können in Theresas Dashboard (TD) auch "geglättet/akkumuliert" dargestellt werden:

  • Liniendiagramme in 4 Jahresschritten.
  • Balkendiagramme: die 20 Jahre in 2 Balkendiagramme a' 10 Jahre darstellen.

"Wunsch": Zeitraum-Granularität frei wählbar: Jahr / 4 Jahre / 10 Jahre ...

@hpreki do you know how such a request differs?

I would rather think that the call would not change (i.e. keep freqml with doc.year) but the accumulation into bins of n-years would take place on the client's side. Sounds easy - but I guess it then would be necessary to perform calculations for obtaining normalized counts (relative-numbers: hits per million) on the client as well
:-(

this entails clientside processing/accumulation of the data retrieved in a YearlyFrequenciesSearch into arbitrary time slices and the corresponding settings for the visualisation

caveats:

  • the normalization also needs to be manually assembled from the 'norm' attribute
