RHS_AFRF compat : disable FCS on helicopters gunner turrets (Mi28, Ka52, Mi24)

Description:

• RHS AFRF Mi28 and Ka52 helicopters are affected by ace FCS and it conflicts with their integrated FCS. As a consequence, the gunner canon will shoot too high. ace_fcs must be disabled in compat files (like it was done for rhsusaf helicopters).
  Same thing with Mi24. It should probably be disabled even if this is not as much as an issue because there is no rhs fcs on their Mi24 (so it doesn't break the aim).

• Jump in gunner seat and try to shoot accurately .
