Grenade Wind indicator shows when no grenade in inventory and you attempt to throw a grenade

• Arma 3: 2.16
• CBA: 3.17.0
• ACE3: 3.17.0

Description:
When pressing the ACE prep grenade key with no grenades, the ace wind icon pops up and doesn't go away

Steps to reproduce:
Follow this flowchart!

1. Open any editor mission
2. Spawn a begger
3. play as the begger
4. hit the key assigned to prep grenade

Expected behavior:
The wind indicator not to pop up when there is no grenades in inventory
