饼图的toolTip 两个问题 #1

1、不支持ToolTip的自定义即：鼠标移动到饼图后显示的内容。（饼图）
2、 IE8下鼠标移动，toolTip超级卡顿。不知道是个人现象还是普遍的，在同浏览器下hightchart好很多。（饼图）
