UTF-8 patched Threaded Read News (trn)

This is still a work-in-progress but I’m already using it to read.

Note that this patched version currently supports only UTF-8. Other character sets like ISO8859-1/15 are not yet supported so you will run into problems reading some articles in, for example, fr.*. On Linux it’s not difficult to make it support other character sets (once it’s made to support UTF-8) but unfortunately trn seems to have been written to run on systems where nothing is expected to be supported. (It’s not even using curses, just bare termcap/terminfo; the code is still written in K&R style C, with no enums.)
