A previous issue (now closed) noticed that await x ** y was successfully parsing which goes against the spec.

A previous commit by @marijnh tried to fix this. @mdjermanovic noticed that not all cases were rejected. @nzakas is awaiting this to be fixed before releasing Espree.
So I'm opening issue this issue as @mdjermanovic requested to complete the mission. I have a corresponding PR that addresses this.
