this seems cluttery, especially when the board thumbnail already gives you a rough idea where the game is at.
what is the added value of knowing the precise move number?
note that in the web page it should be very easy to find this info, it's the first column in the list of active games

If you ever find yourself wanting to know whether one of your games is likely to finish before or after another game, the move number will be useful. With the move number, the start date and the present date, the average speed of play of correspondence games can be calculated. Useful for ladder participants.

Good point, I hadn't noticed that because I use thumbnails rather than list view, and the thumbnails don't include the move number.
It has since been pointed out to me (in the OGS forum) that the move number is included in playing view, although not for the present move! Adding it for the present move would be a nice simple improvement, wouldn't it?
Please could the move number be added to the summary information for each game? It would fit nicely between "you play" and "time left".
This would be an improvement on the web client where the move number is surprisingly hard to find (you need to type a comment or use analysis mode).
Thanks
Alex
