Sometimes it need a long time to start runners because no space is left and first a new worker instance has to scale up.
With a higher priority class for my runner i hope that not so important pods were evicted and runner start faster.

I can set priorityClassName for my runner. This option is missing in the CustomResourceDefinitions.
