Switch to Hyper V Gen 2 SKUs

Hi,

As of March 13, Hyper V generation 2 is now specified by default when you create a new SIG image definition using the Azure CLI: Azure/azure-cli#28557

I'd like to inquire about moving over to HyperV gen 2 SKUs.

I noticed this was previously asked for here by user @ifutant : #6780. As mentioned here, Hyper V generation 2 has several benefits, including Trusted Launch, vTPM, secure boot, faster boot time compared to gen1.

This would involve switching to SKUs:

• 20_04-lts-gen2
• 22_04-lts-gen2
• 2022-datacenter-g2
• 2019-datacenter-gensecond

As this rejected pull request from @ifutant shows #6756, there were no plans to support alternative SKUs in Dec 2022. Has anything changed now that time has passed/HyperV gen 2 is the default option via Az CLI?

Additional info: I was successfully able to build an image using the code in this repository and the 22_04-lts-gen2 SKU.
