需求描述（Describe）

SQLE安装包RPM中，增加arthas用来对于Java插件的异常诊断。

实现方案

  • RPM: 在sqled_with_dms.spec sqled.spec中增加arthas的安装指令,并且将用户actiontech-universe设置为可以登陆，因为arthas attach进程需要和启动进程相同的用户。
