RTL text (like Arabic) has some issues,
The first message (in the screenshot) is short, causing the time to show partially, the third message the last word is overlapping with the time. English words don't have such problem.
The other issue is with the text box itself, the direction is always LTR even if I start with RTL characters, most applications changes the direction if the first character is from an RTL based language. In HTML setting the "dir=auto" takes care of that.
