Fixed support for Linux/RPi

This release fixes an incompatibility between unpack's behavior on Linux and CircuitPython that was causing the range and data_rate attribute setters to not work correctly.
(this is a re-release, formerly known as 1.1.1)

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.

To use in CPython, pip install adafruit-circuitpython-adxl34x.

Read the docs for info on how to use it.
