monitor ONT sequencing from the command line
pip install seqtop
seqtop uses the MinKNOW API + plotext to give an idea how a run is going via ssh, potentially useful where connecting to MinKNOW is infeasible. Work in progress. Currently not configurable beyond update interval and options regarding the read length distribution plot.
