can not install this plugin with micro built in plugin command

Micro editor users can not install this plugin from micro editor built in plugin commad, due to the 'repo.json' file having the wrong url location
Issue zyedidia/micro#1850

Line 8 in 'repo.json' file

      "Url": "https://github.com/adamnpeace/micro-wc-plugin/archive/v1.2.1.zip",

should be

      "Url": "https://github.com/adamnpeace/micro-wc-plugin/archive/1.2.1.zip",

in short just remove the 'v' in front of the version number.
