Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

Each time the user changes language another tooltip appears when hovering over nav buttons.

Your environment

  • FW v5.31.16
  • Chrome/Edge

Steps to reproduce

Create a course with language changer/tool tips. Hover over button to see one tool tip, change language and repeat.

Expected behaviour

One tool tip to be shown

Actual behaviour

Multiple tool tips appear on top of each other
