Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

If you navigate from the menu the screen reader will focus on the first element of content.

Your environment

  • FW v5.31.7
  • Chrome + NVDA/Jaws

Steps to reproduce

Create a blank course and navigate to a page from the menu

Expected behaviour

Screen reader should focus on the skip navigation button each time.

Actual behaviour

If navigating from the menu you are jumped past the navigation and start at the first element of content.
