Subject of the issue/enhancement/features
Currently if you add a article/block in the authoring tool a display title is added by default and locked to the blocks title. It's rare that article/block display titles are needed in courses, the below request has been put in to remove the defaults for a more streamlined workflow.
Whilst the original request is for block titles only, after discussions within AAT meetings it has been agreed to apply the same approach to both articles and contentObjects.
