Langauge selector, and multi language support, for Adapt Author Tool

Requested Feature

The ability to add the language picker, as well as different language versions, to a course built in the Author Tool.

Use Case

We currently build courses in 4 different languages. From what I understand, the Language Picker is not compatible with the Author Tool, so we have to have 4 separate versions of the same course in the Author Tool.

Current Workaround

Separate courses for all language versions.
