I copied the subtitles for the second part into a new file and reindexed them (changed the number of the first line of each subtitle).
The second part starts at about 1:02:58.
I tried running srt-shift Incendies\ 2010.DVDrip.captions.cd2.srt -3778 on the newly created file. However, it outputs subtitles like these:
634
02:-59.4833333333:31.0,709 --> 02:-59.4333333333:34.0,337
Rien n'est plus beau
que d'être ensemble.
635
02:-59.4:36.0,214 --> 02:-59.3833333333:37.0,704
