Further support of JDeveloper V 11

Version 1.0 of the plugin as well as the RB-1.0 branch do not contain any code to support version 11 of JDev. However, the trunk does (class RulesRepository). Since in our company we still are working with JDeveloper - and hence ojaudit - version 11, we need further support for it. So I'd like to ask if it is planned to support V11 furthermore.

If not, I'd like to request:

• Keep the code currently hosted on trunk for further releases or
• provide a checkbox in the Sonar UI below 'ADF EMG ojaudit' settings to manually choose version 11
