Remove "Attribute" from "Primary/Foreign" elements

From previous discussions on this, an update to the screenshots seems to be needed here.

At this location, the screenshot would have to be updated.

Here is an updated screenshot showing "Name" changed to "Attribute Name" under the "Attributes" section.

Also noted, this screenshot would have to be updated at this location in the guide as well.

Please advise if there are any missed sections on this issue.

I replaced the current screenshot with a new one with added annotations.

As I cannot test through Travis as this time, I did check this out locally and it seems to be loaded okay.
As always, please provide feedback on what you feel can be improved.

Foreign Key Attributes should be just Foreign Key
