Installation failing on MacOS Monterey #1

Hi, I am trying to install this and it's failing. I got a Macbook Pro from 2016 with MacOS Monterey installed. I don't have ExtendScript Toolkit CC installed since they didn't create a 64 bit version of the program, not sure if having that installed is a requirement and maybe that's why it's failing.

Any help would be appreciated. Any more info that you need me to provide please ask.
