acircumflexacute.alt has anchors, which seems to be un-intentional:

The bottom anchor in gammalatin needs re-positioning:

The same anchor issue also exists in thorn, hturned, rhookturned, rtail, and (on the top) in yturned.

Anchors in Chi.sc are horizontally shifted:

More observations about the consistency of anchors:

Ohorn has anchors aboveUC, belowLC.
ohorn has anchors aboveLC, belowLC.
Ohorn.sc has anchors aboveUC, belowLC, ogonekUC.

Tbar has no anchors.
tbar has no anchors.
Tbar.sc has anchors aboveUC, belowLC, baseLC.

# Alpha has no anchors.
# alpha has anchors aboveLC, belowLC.
# Alpha.sc has anchors aboveLC, belowLC.
# (this is probably fine)

Beta has no anchors.
beta has no anchors.
Beta.sc has anchors aboveLC, belowLC.

I can understand the presence of anchors in some Greek small caps for Polytonic (marked “probably fine”), but others just seem inconsistent.
In some cases, it seems like Small Caps derived from Latin shapes carried along their anchors although they were not necessarily required.

Checked in build 2.036 roman and 1.086 italic. In the Roman, the gammalatin looks fixed, the chi.sc looks fixed, the Zhe.sc is still off to the right (see attached) and the wsuperior seems to have the attachment point near the baseline rather than under the glyph (see attached) - both roman and italic.

Fixed in version 2.040.
