Automate selected dependency updates using renovate

Expected Behaviour

We get PRs created by the Renovate App ( https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/ / https://www.mend.io/renovate/ ) for dependencies that we want to keep up-to-date with. We can start with the Sling CP Converter.

I am happy to do the work for this issue, but first I would like to see if others think this is a good idea. The impact would be that once a new version of the CP Converter is out, we get a PR updating it, and we get to decide when/if it is merged.

I enabled the default config for renovate now

I think we close this then, thanks @cziegeler . Let's monitor what PRs get sent and we'll figure out if the config needs to be adjusted.
