Change the VMX image packer password on VM run

The aquarium bait images using a pre-defined password (packer by default) and that's not an issue because the VMs are not available from outside and destroyed when workload is completed. But there is still a chance this admin user could be used in a wrong way by environment, so I think we can change this user password. Not trivial, but possible.
