file explorer "creating file or folder" doesn't work sometimes and I have to close it , and run it again

I don't know what happened , But before this bug , I was creating new file and folders in my project via file explorer

I clicked "new file" nothing happened
I clicked "new folder" nothing happened

I have seen this problem before and clearing the cache fixed it. Use this page (https://github.com/adobe/brackets/wiki/Cache-Folder) to find the cache, shutdown Brackets, the delete it, and restart. Does that fix it?

@mrsaleh In case @redmunds suggestion doesn't work, is it possible that you're hitting this issue when trying to create them on collapsed empty folders as described in the followup of #2085?

If so, I already submitted a possible fix in #2592. Could you try and see if that fixed it?

Lowering priority since we haven't gotten any more reports like this, and it may well be a dupe of #2085.
