like i wrote in post header. Is not possibile to write letter ś (right alt+s). build 34

This won't get fixed until we get a way to remap the shortcuts. But until that is implemented in Brackets, try the "Brackets Key Remapper" extension (search it in the extensions manager). And vote in this https://trello.com/c/4k2yalBd card to increase it's priority.
