Selection Marker has a gap when sidebar is re-shown

1. Open some files in the working set
2. Select one of the files in the working set (should see the selection marker and arrow)
3. Hide sidebar
4. Show sidebar
   --> selection marker shows a gap where the scrollbar is visible

Cannot repro this on Win8.1 right now, but I'm pretty sure I've seen this before.

I can't repro on Mac 10.8.5 and Win 7 either.

Reproduced on Windows 8.1. Not sure why that would make a difference.

@RaymondLim did you have a scrollbar when you show/hide? There has to be enough files to have a scrollbar.

I reproduced this in master.

I am seeing it in brackets-shell master branch with brackets splitview-1x2 branch.

Closing UTR on master anyway. I'm certain that I could reproduce this on Master earlier not sure why I can no longer repro.
