When the available tab is clicked during extension list load, nothing shows up

1. File -> Extension Manager
2. When the blue colored brackets loading indicator is spinning, click on the "available" tab.
3. Even after the loading indicator is dismissed, nothing shows up in the available tab. I have to click on Installed, and then switch back to see the available list.

I think I found the issue:

Theres a display:none in this css class. If I change it to display:block, the extension list starts showing up normally.

Hmm, although that is supposedly not happening anymore. I can't get this to occur either... maybe it's timing sensitive? @flyinPanda does this happen every time you follow the steps above, or just some of the time?

@peterflynn This happens every time I follow the steps above, and still continues to occur as long as you click on the first tab when the loading indicator is still spinning.
