• Please describe the issue: I'm pretty sure this machine shouldn't exist since we're building in a dynamically provisioned container but I'm flagging it here as it was spotted while implementing Evaluate job restrictions plugin to improve build/test/(trestle?) machine isolation #3379 - we should likely just remove it
