I spoke with Srinivas who founded soopra.ai and it has been used to create an expert by ingesting content by an author, so it's the right kind of tool.

First attempt, create an account and ingest most of the medium_post data

No API for soopra.ai - have asked if they will have one, so it can be built automatically.

Soopra adds some buttons below its answer that refer back to the indexed content. These currently show the file name of the text file that was extracted from the medium blog or the YouTube url but aren't clickable. They need to be clickable URLs with titles, ideally deep linked to a paragraph or a time offset into a YouTube video. The input data needs to be chunked and annotated to do this cleanly.
