Next Steps seems to conflict with the Pro4Trello extension.

The Next Steps access button moves to bottom of screen, joining the Pro4Trello access buttons, & next steps stops working.

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue.

Unfortunately I will not be able to help, because the "Next Step for Trello" extension was acquired by a new developer. So I'm no longer in control of its code and behavior.

I have notified the buyer, to let them know about your problem, and make sure that the "support" page of the extension (on chrome web store) goes to their own support website, instead of leading to this repository.
