(IUCr) - handle author suffixes better #37

Split out author suffixes (Jr, Sr, II, III, IV) when they are fielded together with the surname:

output "Rodrigues, Manoel T., Jr" instead of "Rodrigues Jr, Manoel T."

Almost certainly extends beyond IUCr
