Length of New Title when using Rename

Why is it so difficult to get a answer here in this forum, im asked below question for ages ago and not even a reply how to do it or if i can be done at all. Really sad. :(

How do i control the lengths of the New Renamed Title? where can i say what the max length of letters the name can be. I have some new Movie Titles where the new Title is way too long. I have now see that i am getting error on several apps because the title is to long, please add a way to control this I like to use 100 letters max.

There are other tools, like "Everything" from Voidtools that might better serve your file naming needs. It has an exceptional number of features for doing this sort of thing.
