Build image for ARM64 #45

Currently there is no image for ARM64. This would be trival to add with buildx.

EDIT: After attempting to build it myself, I got the following error. Sadly don't know much about Go so can't help too much :(

The go-sqlite3 problem is resolved now that #48 is merged, so you should now be able to build the arm64 image.
