Optimize fetching listed tokens #457

Please describe the problem that your request should resolve.

Tokens and token prices are fetched in multiple places (tokens, token details, account tokens tab). It would be great to:

cache the listed tokens list so it's not fetched every time
fetch token prices only when a token is listed.
