Stuck in "Update Activity" menu #50

Sometimes when I click "Add Activity", I instead come into the "Update Activity" window.

To reproduce

open app
go to activities
edit an existing activity and close the window without changing anything
click on add activity on top right -> the update activity window is opened instead
