The Jenkins ver 2.138.3 version style does not take effect. I can't add a CSS file.
Use the second method: HTTPS://cdn.rawgit.com/afonsof/jenkins-material-theme/gh-pages/dist/material-green.css
Clicking Save will not work.

You may try to use below CSS URL:
http://afonsof.com/jenkins-material-theme/dist/material-green.css
