Yes, indeed - we're planning an update based on the AllTheBacteria project, and actually, we've already started the data processing, so stay tunded ;-)

@oschwengers do you happen to have an update? For a research project we are planning to explore GTDB or perhaps this resource and we would like to use bakta for the complete annotation before turning it into a graph database for exploration.
