Related to User Story #2 #4

POST: /uploadPost (send: uploader_id, meeting date, meeting mode, subject, description / receive: success)
Success: Status_code: 200
Failure: 401 if unauthorized, otherwise 400

GET /view_post/:id (send: nothing. Receive: post data)
Success: Status_code: 200
Failure: 404 if not found, otherwise 400
