Definition should be changed from 'data' to 'resource'.
Guidance 1 needs to change from 'data set' to 'resource'

Definition is "Statement of conformity with the product specification or user requirement"
The following should change:

  • "Purpose & meaning" clause
  • the definition of the "specification" sub-element
  • the "meaning" of the "degree" sub-element
  • the "rules" of the "specification", "degree" and "explanation" sub-elements
