To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Flocks' where it is exist .
Click on 'Historyu Graph' on some of flock .
Click on tab 'Go to hour graph'
From list of data itmes click on some item and wait until the graph will display .
Click on button 'Export' with excel icon on it .
This action will open the 'File Download Window' press 'Save' to save data to csv file .
See error 'Failed to download file'

Expected behavior
File csv should be downloaded to choosed directory /
