Enhance slices feature to upgrade a portal to be a portal manager platform

Yeah, we discussed it one time.

A good thing to do I think, about the slices (and custom ontologies set) is to re-think their specification.

The fact that we are limited by the DNS configuration is a problem.

I think the best is to find a way to avoid DNS configuration (possible solution) for each new Slice and give the users the ability to create slices of Agroportal/Ontoportal that they can share with their community. In addition, the user will have more ability to customize their slices (Primary color, Slice name + logo).

Finally, custom ontologies are just private slices, no need to have a duplication.

Slices were removed in the release 2.7.0, a possible re-integration again is possible in the future, details need to be discussed with the Agroportal team and Ontorptoal alliance.
