Cannot allocate memory

Hi,
I have met a problem when us RSF program "sfsimilarity" to compute the local similarity between two small matrix (143 kb).
The command is $ sfmimilarity < in.rsf > out.rsf other=other.rsf, and I am getting error : sfsimilarity: build/api/c/alloc.c: cannot allocate 18446744073709551612 bytes: Cannot allocate memory.
How can I slove the problem? many thanks!
