In order to become a guest on the podcast
As a user
I want to complete the application.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Required Fields:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Pronunciation
    • Email
    • Job Title
    • Company
    • Bio
    • Podcast Title
    • Podcast Topic
  • Form should be handled through KWES Forms

Notes

  • You should be able to use some of the existing styles from the contact form.
