graph.json as a pull request

graph.json
is a graph extracted from TurkishMorphotactics.java.
The graph is exported to be used in development process of offline Zemberek in C, Python, etc.
Do you mind to accept it as a pull request?
What is the appropriate way to develop a project in another language in Git, GitHub? In my opinion, defining new repositories and naming them like "Zemberek in C", should not be the appropriate way.
