User Acceptance Testing (UAT) serves as the final phase in the development lifecycle of the Finesse tool, the CFIA search engine. We have reached this stage following the successful outcomes of the Finesse benchmarking phase, which conclusively demonstrated the tool's readiness for testing and deployment. By conducting UAT, we aim to validate user requirements, identify any defects or issues that may have been overlooked, enhance user satisfaction, and mitigate deployment risks. Involving users in testing lets us get helpful feedback, work together better, and make sure the Finesse tool is as useful as possible for the CFIA.
Tasks
Wiki document #1453
Prepare a set of user scenarios and test cases that cover various search functionalities.
Prepare the user training in steps
