Web Pages Not Found in Finesse Query Results

Description

When querying Finesse, some questions return web pages not found. This poses a problem because, aside from development purposes, the application is directed towards UAT sessions, and we require a Finesse system that is fully up-to-date and does not contain any web pages marked as not found.

How to Address the Issue

On one hand, the Communications and Public Affairs Branch should archive pages instead of changing their URLs. On the other hand, we are awaiting the completion of the Canada Inspection website's migration, which is predicted to occur in March 2025, so that Finesse can always be up-to-date relative to their database. Additionally, we could consider recrawling the data, although this may not be an interesting choice due to the impending migration.
